He has research experience in areas of armed conflict. He has participated as a research assistant on several projects, both at the Centre of Social and Cultural Studies of the University of the Andes, and in CERAC.
Currently he works as a research associate with the line of armed violence and development. His research interests are focused on the analysis of the Colombian armed conflict and on the study of the dynamics of violence in general.
